These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Flex Movers LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By scheduling a move, requesting a quote, using our website, or receiving any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Flex Movers LLC provides residential and commercial moving services in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

Local moving

Packing and unpacking

Loading and unloading

Specialty item handling (pianos, safes, antiques, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, illegal items, or situations beyond our operational abilities.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided by Flex Movers LLC—whether online, over the phone, or in person—are:

Estimates only, based on customer-provided information

Subject to change if actual conditions differ from the information provided

Exclusive of potential additional fees (packing materials, fuel charges, stairs, long carries, etc.) unless clearly stated

Final charges are calculated based on actual time, materials, labor, and service conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate information regarding their move. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

3.2 Proper Packing

Unless packing services are purchased:

Customers must pack items securely

Fragile items must be protected

Boxes must be sealed and able to support stacking

Flex Movers LLC is not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer.

3.3 Accessibility

Customers must ensure:

Parking access

Clear pathways

Elevator reservations (if applicable)

Compliance with HOA/building rules

3.4 Presence During the Move

A customer or authorized representative must be present to:

Direct the movers

Sign forms

Verify the inventory

Complete final walk-through

4. Prohibited Items

Flex Movers LLC does not transport:

Hazardous materials (propane, chemicals, fuel, aerosols, etc.)

Perishable food

Illegal items

Firearms or ammunition (unless pre-approved)

Jewelry, cash, important documents, or irreplaceable valuables

Customer assumes full liability for prohibited items not disclosed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due:

At job completion for hourly moves

Before unloading for long-distance or flat-rate moves

According to written agreement for specialty services

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and other approved methods.

Late or Failed Payments

May result in:

Additional fees

Storage of items at customer expense

Collection actions

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur:

A cancellation fee

Loss of deposit (if applicable)

6.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted based on availability.

Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional charges.

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1 Basic Carrier Liability

Flex Movers LLC provides standard valuation coverage of:

Up to 1 Million Dollar Coverage

7.2 Optional Valuation

Customers may purchase additional insurance for full-value protection through third-party insurance providers.

7.3 Damage to Items

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Customer-packed items

Pre-existing damage

Particle-board or low-quality furniture

Unstable or hazardous loads

Electronics not verifiably functioning prior to the move

Natural shifting during transport

7.4 Damage to Property

Flex Movers LLC is responsible only for damage caused directly by our movers. Exceptions include:

Pre-existing conditions

Structural weaknesses

Unsafe moving conditions (tight stairwells, poor flooring, oversized items)

7.5 Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to:

Weather

Traffic

Road closures

Mechanical issues

Events outside our control

8. Claims Process

Damage claims must be:

Reported within 24 hours of the move

Submitted in writing with supporting photos and documentation

Inspected if necessary

Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.

9. Website Terms

By accessing or using our digital properties:

You agree not to misuse the site

You may not attempt unauthorized access

You may not copy or scrape content without permission

You must follow all applicable laws

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and materials are the property of Flex Movers LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, specifically within Clark County, including Las Vegas and surrounding jurisdictions.

Any disputes arising from services must be resolved in Nevada courts.

12. Modifications to Terms

Flex Movers LLC may update these Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted with an updated "Last Modified" date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
