Do stairs or elevators cost extra?
No stair or elevator fees. We'll tell you honestly how they affect the time your move will take, and that's reflected in the estimate up front.
My building requires a certificate of insurance (COI). Can you provide one?
Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a COI to your building management before move day — just let us know when you book.
Do I need to reserve the elevator?
Most Las Vegas complexes require it, and the good ones book up fast on weekends and at month end. Call your leasing office as soon as you have a date, and tell us the reserved window so we can schedule the crew around it.
What if there's no parking near the entrance?
We work around it — but tell us in advance. A long carry from the truck to your door adds time, and knowing about it up front means your estimate is accurate instead of a surprise on the day.
How long does an apartment move take?
A studio or one-bedroom is usually a short job; larger units take longer depending on stairs, elevator wait times, and the distance from door to truck. We'll give you a realistic range with your estimate.
