Do you move grand pianos?
Yes — both uprights and grands. Grands are partially disassembled, padded, and moved on a piano board by a crew trained for it. Tell us the piano type when you call so we can quote it accurately.
Can you move a piano up or down stairs?
Usually, yes — but it depends on the staircase, the turns, and the piano. Tell us how many steps there are and send a photo of the stairway if you can. We'd rather know before the truck arrives than find out on the day.
Can you move just one heavy item?
Absolutely. Single-item moves — a piano, a safe, a heavy armoire going across town — are common jobs for us.
What should I tell you when I call about a heavy item?
What it is, roughly how heavy, which floor it's on at both ends, and whether there are stairs, tight turns or narrow doorways. Photos help more than descriptions. That's how we make sure the right crew and equipment show up.
Are my valuables insured during the move?
We carry cargo and general liability insurance on every job. Coverage limits and any option to select a higher level of protection are explained before your move — if you're moving something unusually valuable, tell us when you book so we can go through it with you properly.
