The terms that apply to every Flex Movers move. Written to be fair to you and clear to us — read them before your move date.
Effective: July 29, 2026Estimates are based on the information you give us: home size, item count, access conditions, distance, and the services you request. An estimate is our good-faith assessment, not a fixed guarantee, and it can change if the actual job differs materially from what was described — for example significantly more items, additional stops, or access conditions we weren't told about.
If we discover on move day that the job is materially different, we will tell you before continuing and give you the choice to proceed on revised terms or stop.
Move times are scheduled as arrival windows rather than exact minutes. We aim to arrive within the agreed window and will contact you promptly if that changes. Weather, traffic, building access, and previous jobs running long can all affect timing.
Cancellation and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
For safety and legal reasons, our crews cannot carry certain items, including:
We recommend transporting valuables and essential documents yourself. Flex Movers does not accept liability for items in these categories.
When you pack your own boxes, we cannot verify how the contents were prepared. Flex Movers is not responsible for damage to the contents of customer-packed containers unless there is visible external damage to the container caused by our handling. Our packing service is available for fragile and high-value items.
We take care to protect floors, doorways, walls, and railings. Flex Movers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, for damage arising from unsafe or unstable property conditions, or for damage that could not reasonably be avoided when an item is too large for the space it must pass through. If an item cannot be moved safely, we will tell you before attempting it.
Our crews routinely disassemble and reassemble standard furniture. Some items — particularly ready-to-assemble furniture, older pieces, and items previously repaired — may not survive disassembly and reassembly intact. Where we identify that risk we will discuss it with you first, and we are not liable for failure of these items where the risk was disclosed.
Our crews are trained to be courteous, careful, and professional in your home, and we hold them to that standard. We ask for the same respect in return.
Where a customer or anyone at the move location behaves abusively toward our staff — including verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, or discriminatory conduct — Flex Movers may apply an additional fee, and may stop the move and leave the site. Where a move is discontinued for this reason, work completed up to that point remains payable and any booking deposit is not refunded.
We don't expect to ever use this term. It exists because our crews deserve a safe place to work, and because being clear about it up front is fairer than surprising anyone later. If something on move day isn't going well, tell the crew lead or call the office and we will sort it out.
We communicate delays as early as we can and work to complete every scheduled move the same day. Flex Movers is not liable for consequential losses arising from delay — for example missed appointments, lease penalties, or travel costs — particularly where the delay results from circumstances outside our control.
Flex Movers carries commercial general liability and cargo insurance. The coverage that applies to your goods, and any option to select a higher level of protection, will be explained to you before your move.
Interstate moves are additionally governed by federal regulations, which require specific valuation disclosures and documents. Where your move crosses state lines, those federal requirements apply in addition to these terms.
Payment is due on completion of the move unless other arrangements were agreed in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.
If something goes wrong, tell us. Our Claims & Damage Process explains how to report an issue and what happens next. You can always reach us at (702) 900-2309.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
These terms apply to moves booked on or after the effective date above and may be updated from time to time; the version in effect on your booking date applies to your move. This document is provided for clarity and is not legal advice.
