• Follow-up after your move
• Occasional offers or service updates, where you have agreed to receive them

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and move. Most customers receive only a handful of messages around the time of their move.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Flex Movers does not charge for text messages.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at any time.

Privacy of Your Number

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network conditions and carrier filtering.
